The Canadian Pacific Kansas City (CPKC) Holiday Train will make its way across southern Saskatchewan starting on Dec. 6.

The Holiday Train raises funds for local communities on its tour of Canada and the U.S.

In Saskatchewan, it will raise money and collect donations of non-perishable food for local food banks, CPKC said in a new release on Thursday.

“All donations stay local to help feed those in need in the community, and the food bank will have a station set up at each site to collect donations,” the release said.
