When you apply for support, things like household income, any disposable income, and medical needs will be taken into account – to help prioritise those who need help most. Our specialist teams will be available to speak to any of our customers who are worried about energy costs."
You'll need to tell us your monthly disposable income. This is the money you have left after paying tax, rent or mortgage payments, and essentials like utility bills. You can use thes online budgeting tool to help you work it out.
