A Starbucks coffee shop has opened at a Derby retail park while work starts next door on a new Nando’s restaurant. The Starbucks Coffee shop has opened its doors at the Meteor Centre Retail Park after planning permission was approved earlier this year.

The shop has opened as hundreds of shoppers descend on the busy shopping park ahead of Christmas. The Meteor Centre Retail Park is owned by retail firm 9 Yards and has more than 800 parking spaces.

The new Starbucks store opening hours are 7am to 8pm Monday to Friday. Saturdays: 7am to 7pm and Sundays: 8am to 7pm. It adds to a long list of other Starbucks shops across the city with other locations including: Derbion shopping centre, Pride Park, Ford Lane (Little Eaton roundabout), Normanton Road and Harvey Road.
