Homes are now for sale following the completion of an £87m new housing development in Swadlincote. The development, made up of 400 new homes, is called Cadley Village and located off William Nadin Way.

The properties, built by housebuilder Avant Homes, range from £258,000 for a three bedroom Maltby house type to £370,000 for a five-bedroom Thornton style house.
