LOS ANGELES (AP) — California has seen its share of bears breaking into cars. But bears caught on camera entering luxury cars tipped off insurers that something wasn’t quite right.

Security footage has been released showing a man dressed in a bear costume entering and damaging luxury cars, after US officials arrested four people accused of defrauding insurance companies out of $142,000 for claiming a bear had damaged the vehicles.
