TORONTO — Canadian Tire Corp. Ltd. raised its dividend as it reported a profit in its latest quarter compared with a loss a year ago when it took a large one-time charge.

Bombardier Inc. reported a third-quarter profit of US$117 million compared with a loss of US$37 million a year earlier as its revenue rose 12 per cent amid growth in its services business.
