Food For The Poor Jamaica (FFTP) has coordinated a comprehensive mobilisation of resources to facilitate the rebuilding of communities in the aftermath of Hurricane Beryl, which struck the island on July 3. The charity has been focusing on helping families and small businesses recover after suffering major losses. Today, over 100 days later, a sense of normality is returning to affected communities. As part of the relief efforts, FFTP continued to distribute care packages, including food, water and toiletries, to affected families.
