Corporate Hands | UTech partners with Red Stripe to foster culture of responsible celebration on campus

The University of Technology, Jamaica (UTech) is breaking new ground in campus life by reshaping how students celebrate responsibly. Through an innovative partnership with Red Stripe, the Donald Farquharson Hall Committee has introduced dynamic programmes designed to guide students, especially first-year attendees, in making safe, informed choices at social events. The collaboration kickstarted with a ‘Cocktail Mix-Off’ at the UTech InZone, where expert mixologist Ryan Mitto guided students through the art of creating inventive and responsible beverage options. Here Red Stripe’s Communications Manager Daika Mitchell (left) presents the prize to UTech architecture student, Tahira Lawrence, winner of the Drink & Live Responsibly ‘Cocktail Mix Off’ competition.Contributed
