The winners of the 2024 Royal Air Force Photographic Competition have been announced.
With over a thousand images and videos submitted, the 11 judges found themselves spending close to a week narrowing down their final choices, before selecting a first, second and third place as well as a Highly Commended.
But the pinnacle of the RAF Photographic Competition is the RAF Photographer of the Year award, which was won this time around by Mr Andrew Wheeler of RAF Cranwell for his portfolio of six images.
And a selection of 12 images have been chosen to go head-to-head in the annual Peoples' Choice category.
The general public can vote for their favourite over the next two weeks via the Royal Air Force's official Facebook page with the result announced at the RAF Photographic Competition Awards in RAF Bentley Priory on November 14.
