Castlevania Anniversary Collection is free on Epic Games Store

Now here is a pleasant surprise. Konami and Epic Games are currently giving away free copies of Castlevania Anniversary Collection on EGS. So, make sure to get it if you are fans of these classic games.

Castlevania Anniversary Collection includes pretty much all the classic 8-bit Castlevania games. It also has Super Castlevania IV and Castlevania Bloodlines which came out on SNES and Mega Drive, respectively. Surprisingly, though, it does not include Castlevania: Dracula X which also came out on SNES. That’s a bummer.

The collection also includes a unique eBook with details provided by developers, artists and others inspired by the Castlevania legacy which sheds a fresh light into the world of Castlevania.

In short, this is a great freebie for all our retro fans. Do note that, like all EGS free games, this is a limited offer. You can visit its EGS page and acquire your free copy until November 21st. Once you acquire it, you’ll be able to keep it forever.
