Tipping Point viewers express fury minutes into show and all say the same thing

Tipping Point fans were left far from impressed after tuning into Thursday afternoon's episode of the ITV game show and realising it was a repeat

Tipping Point enthusiasts were noticeably miffed whilst tuning into Thursday's offering of the popular ITV quiz show. The programme, hosted by Ben Shepherd, had contestants Surge, Charlotte, and George vying against the tipping point machine in hopes of securing a substantial sum of money.

Yet, viewers were swift to notice that they were in fact viewing an old episode, much to their dismay.

One viewer took to X, formerly known as Twitter, to declare: "This was on a few weeks ago #tippingpoint."

Another chimed in with their disapproval, stating: "And this episode has been on at least 3 times already. #tippingpoint.", reports the Express.

A third fan expressed their irritation thusly: "I'm feeling a Surge of anger as I realise 'it's this bloody episode again.' #tippingpoint".

Echoing the sentiment, another viewer exhorted: "Stop showing the same effing episodes of #TippingPoint @benshephard. P.s. I only know because I look after my dad".

An additional irked individual aired their grievances: "I've seen this repeat so often I feel like me and George are mates. Shocking and ridiculous from @itv#TippingPoint."

After new episodes premiered on September 9, production has now hit a snag, prompting the rotation of a previously aired episode.

This week's broadcast saw three contestants challenge the mighty arcade-style machine, with the aim of whisking away a cash prize that could swell to £20,000.

Launching in 2012, Tipping Point has since won over audiences with its distinctive combination of trivia and physical game play, where contestants aim to win coins by answering questions correctly to use in a large arcade-style 'tipping point' machine to claim cash prizes.
