The soundtrack for Netflix’s League Of Legends-inspired Arcane season two features new music from the likes of Twenty One Pilots, Stray Kids and Ashnikko, while Linkin Park’s ‘Heavy Is The Crown’ is also included. The whole thing will be released later this month but today (November 15) d4vd has shared the dreamy, nostalgia-driven ‘Remember Me’.

“As a gamer and a genuine fan of League Of Legends, it was an amazing experience to collaborate with Riot Games in the making of ‘Remember Me’ – also inspiring me to get better at the game,” d4vd said of the track which, split into two parts, builds from gentle, piano-driven emo into a pulsating hunk of R&B-inspired pop.

Last year, d4vd collaborated with 21 Savage on ‘Call Me Revenge’ for Call Of Duty: Modern Warfare 3.

“I love it because music and video games have been together for so long,” he told NME. “I love video game soundtracks, the iconic sounds, the memes that come out of it too.

“[I’m] such a video game nerd and such a music nerd at the same time. Me starting music because of video games is such a poetic thing in itself, and I just want to keep that going no matter what I can be involved in – Fortnite, Call Of Duty, FIFA, Madden, anything I can. I just want to keep bridging the gap between music and video games.”

Netflix is currently airing the second and final season of Arcane. The first three-episodes were released earlier this month, while the second chapter launches tomorrow (November 16) while the third instalment premieres November 23. The complete soundtrack will be released the same day.

Meanwhile d4vd is currently working on his debut album. “I have returned to the closet where it all began… this album will be generational,” he teased on social media last month.
