While Una walked the red carpet solo, the couple posed happily together arm-in-arm while inside the event. A whole host of Irish stars attended the awards ceremony including Michael Flatley, Ryan Tubridy, Laura Whitmore and more.

Una and Aidan’s new romance was rumoured back in August when the couple enjoyed a holiday together. Then in September the pair were spotted attending a wedding together in Thurles and later that month they were pictured partying with friends in Dublin.

At the height of his career, Aidan won the 2021 Champion Chase at Cheltenham Festival and has more than 1,200 wins under his belt. Aidan was considered one of the top riders in the industry when his career came to a devastating halt following an injury.

The jockey suffered a bad fall that shattered his tibia and meant he could never ride professionally again. Announcing his retirement on live TV, Coleman said: "The prognosis early was quite bleak about returning to ride.

"Around September I was kidding myself that I could get back from this, then around Christmas I had another operation and the progress has really plateaued.

"I can do the gym, but I can't run or jump. I can't ride a horse really.

"A lot of people would say I couldn't anyway, so what's the difference, but every time I've tried to ride a horse since Christmas it's not gone well."

“And then I grew it back. I thought, hang on a second and I convinced her it was going to be okay.”
