Sharon Collins learns the truth about why Anto fled Carrigstown in Friday's trip to Fair City.

James pressures Hayley into telling Sharon the truth about why Anto left but she refuses. He tries to shut down Sharon’s plans to report Anto, but it backfires.

Hayley is touched by James’ attempts to ease Sharon’s worry. Sharon is floored when Hayley decides to reveal to her that Anto set the fire at the Rafferty development.

Elsewhere in Carrigstown, Dean warns Georgie off Fergal and reveals his catfishing exploits.

Fergal’s jealousy and anger grow when he learns Georgie and Ronan spent the night together. He asks Joan to let Anna know that he wasn’t behind the graffiti.

A confused Fergal lashes out at Georgie and warns him to stick to girls. Ronan warns him not to contact Anna and to stay out of his and Georgie’s private life.

Meanwhile, Ray is thrown when Nikki informs him that he’ll be taking Darren to football training on his own. He is shocked when Nikki starts to lay more errands on him, but a mischievous Cass enjoys seeing Ray taken advantage of.

Sash worries about the stress Nikki’s demands are putting on Ray. She encourages Nikki to stand on her own two feet and stop using others.

Sash tips off a frazzled Ray to Nikki’s manipulative ways. Ray frets to Cass about how he’ll escape Nikki and does a runner when he sees her in McCoys.

Plus, Hughie is annoyed by Renee and Carol pressuring him not to rent a room to Tyler and Carol fibs about going on a mini break to hide her upcoming surgery.
