Rugby star Peter O'Mahony shares sweet way his son is is following in his footsteps

Rugby star Peter O'Mahony and his wife Jessica have a lovely garden, with Peter sharing a sweet video of one of his children enjoying a kickabout on their well-kept lawn

Rugby star Peter O'Mahony and wife Jessica are known for their stunning home and gorgeous garden.

While sharing a video of his son in their well manicured, hydrangea filled backyard, Peter noted that his little son Ralph is following in his footsteps with a love of playing rugby.

The youngster is a chip off the old block, getting some kicks in with a mini rugby ball on their lawn.

"Ralph has started his 10,000 hours…" Peter joked.

Mum Jessica added: "He must have got his kicking skills from me…"

The Cork-based couple have three children, Indie, Theo and Ralph.

The pair have been renovating their 1890s home slowly but surely, to adapt it to their tastes and the needs of their busy family life.

They have been sharing snippets of the improvements to the house.

Jessica, who is known for her incredible interior designing skills, previously explained that she wants to start posting more about their home again to her following of over 100,000.

She said: “I used to post a lot more interior pics.. must get back to more of that!"

There are pieces in the home that are part of the fabric of the family's history too, such as the antique brass shell casing by the living room fireplace inherited from Jessica's grandmother who lived in Ballymore Cove.

Peter proposed to his at the time long-term girlfriend Jessica while in Dubai in 2018.

They wed in the middle of lockdown in July 2020 with an intimate garden ceremony and the promise of an “after party” down the line, which took place in France in 2022.
