Dancing with the Stars favourite Ryan McShane engaged to girlfriend Sylwia after announcing pregnancy

Ryan McShane is engaged to his girlfriend Sylwia Matuszewska.

The former Dancing with the Stars pro announced the wonderful news with a sweet video on Instagram.

This incredible life update comes just four months after the couple also revealed they were expecting their first child together.

Ryan and Sylwia announced their engagement on Sunday with a black-and-white video of the couple putting their hands around Sylwia's baby bump.

The Instagram video showed off the bride-to-be's diamond ring on her finger.

The former RTÉ star said: "If soulmates do exist, they’re not found. They’re made with love #engaged".

Sylwia also said: "Easiest yes ever".

The happy pair were inundated with messages of congratulations from the worlds of entertainment and television.

Dancing with the Stars pro Ervinas Merfeldas said: "Huge congrats to you both."

Strictly Come Dancing favourite Kai Widdrington simply said: "You two."

Lottie Ryan commented: "Congratulations guys!!!!"

Kylee Vincent added: "Omg Congrats you two! How exciting!"

John Nolan said: "So happy for you both."

Ryan and Sylwia revealed they were expecting their first child together back in July. In an adorable video, they could be seen facing each other as they held up cards to the camera with the message: "Life takes us on the most beautiful adventure...We can't wait to kiss your beautiful little hands and cheeks. Love, Mum and Dad."

Sylwia then showed off a babygrow and pictures of a scan to the camera while Ryan sported a cap that says #1 Dad.

This comes almost two years after Ryan's split from Irish model, Thalia Heffernan, who he met on Dancing With The Stars back in 2017.

They were in a relationship for six years before they split in January 2023.
