Linda Nolan shares cancer update as she makes poignant Christmas admission
by Michelle Townsend · RSVP LiveLinda Nolan says Christmas will be extra special this year because she didn't think she would still be here.
The Nolans singer has terminal cancer in her brain and bones and says she feels "distraught" when she loses her hair in a new update on her health.
Thankfully for Linda, she isn't in too much pain these days and is looking forward to Christmas.

She said: "I'm having chemo once every three weeks. I have my blood taken after each time, and if they're OK, I have the next round. You have to be careful with chemo. I've lost my hair again - I'm bald for the fifth time and it still gets to me each time.
"I'm distraught when it goes. Pain-wise, I get a cramp in my leg which really hurts, but apart from that, there's no pain, which is good."
Linda can't wait to spend quality time with her family this festive season as she sadly confessed she didn't think she would still be here.
Opening up on her plans, she told Woman Magazine: "I can't wait. Not to be morbid, but I didn't think I'd make Christmas, so it's a real bonus. We love Christmas as a family and we're all going to gather at [her sister] Denise's," she said.
"It will be great. We all have such a good time getting together, so I can't wait. I especially love seeing all the little ones and how excited they get.
"My Christmas wish is that I'll be here to see everybody next year as well."
The admission comes after Linda recently told of the moment where she accepted the fact she can no longer live alone and moved in with her sister Denise and her husband Tom Anderson.
She wrote in her Mirror column: "It forced me to finally accept I couldn't return home. Home for me is officially five doors up from Denise and Tom's. I only ever meant to stay here temporarily after my last diagnosis but I've remained for 18 months (God help them)."
Back in August, Linda opened up about the painful side effects of her cancer treatment, explaining how she struggles to walk in the mornings and has lost some of her teeth as well.
She said on Good Morning Britain: "Well, it's early. I'm so jittery in the morning, I get so jittery I can hardly walk. So I have to sit in the bed for 10 minutes and get my legs working, and then go downstairs and do whatever.
"I try and get out a lot, get fresh air and spend time with my friends and my family. continued. They're always there especially my sister Denise. I'm living with her and I shouted out in the kitchen the other day, 'Do you want anything? ' and she said, 'Yes, leave!"
