PM Modi invites youth for Viksit Bharat Quiz to join Young Leaders Dialogue

PM Modi has invited India's youth to participate in the Viksit Bharat Quiz Challenge, open till December 5, for a chance to win cash prizes and join the Young Leaders Dialogue in January 2025.

Prime Minister Narendra Modi has invited India’s youth to contribute to a brighter future by participating in the Viksit Bharat Young Leaders Dialogue, scheduled for January 11-12, 2025, at Bharat Mandapam, New Delhi. To take part, they’ll need to first ace the Viksit Bharat Quiz Challenge.

The Viksit Bharat Young Leaders Dialogue, coinciding with Swami Vivekananda’s 162nd birth anniversary, is more than just a competition. It’s a reimagining of the National Youth Festival, bringing together selected youth from villages to cities, alongside experts, thought leaders, and even the Prime Minister.

As per the official website, "The Viksit Bharat Quiz Challenge will test participants' understanding and awareness of India's significant milestones and achievements."

In his Mann Ki Baat address on November 24, PM Narendra Modi urged youth to take part, calling it a unique opportunity to have their ideas heard at the highest levels. Earlier, Union Minister Mansukh Mandaviya had also highlighted the challenge, encouraging young minds to shape India’s roadmap to progress.

WHAT IS THE VIKSIT BHARAT QUIZ?

Running from November 25 to December 5, 2024, the Viksit Bharat Quiz is open to participants aged 15-29.

It’s a time-bound quiz available in 12 languages, where participants answer 10 questions in just 300 seconds.

Key rules include:

• Multiple entries are not allowed.
• Entries, once submitted, cannot be withdrawn.
• Participants must provide their name, email, phone number, and city.

The quiz tests knowledge of India’s milestones and achievements, acting as Stage 1 of the four-stage Viksit Bharat Challenge to inspire youth engagement in shaping India’s future.

EXCITING CASH PRIZES AND MORE

Here’s what’s on offer for top performers in the Viksit Bharat Quiz Challenge:

• Rs 1,00,000 for the first-place winner
• Rs 75,000 for second place
• Rs 50,000 for third place
• Consolation prizes: Rs 2,000 each for the next 100 participants
• Additional prizes: Rs 1,000 each for the next 200 participants

All participants will also receive a digital certificate.
