Three years after peace was restored in Aurania, a new faction is unearthing forbidden technologies that could spell doom for the land. As the Commander of an army, you'll need to wage war across Aurania in turn-based tactics gameplay with a host of battle-hardened warriors on land, sea, and sky.

Our fight across Aurania will take place over three campaigns "filled with unlikely friendships, unknown adversaries, and ugly revenge plots." With our Commander, we'll "utilize their new tiered ‘groove’ ability system to sway the fight" in our favor and save Aurania.

Wargroove 2 has been available on Nintendo Switch and PC for a while but is finally launching on Xbox consoles today. We're yet to see its achievements arrive, so keep an eye out on its game page as they should arrive soon.

In the coming weeks, we'll see another couple of strategy games leave our list of upcoming Game Pass games to join the service, including Frostpunk 2.
