Fans say 'what's happening' as Bradley Walsh shares peculiar update

by · NottinghamshireLive

Bradley Walsh left fans puzzled over a social media post about AI generated images. The Chase host posted peculiar manipulated photos on his Instagram accounts on Sunday, December 15, featuring himself alongside Donald Trump and Vladimir Putin.

The posts have since been removed, but followers were convinced that the presenter's accounts could have been compromised. One fan queried: "What is happening?"

However, Bradley has since taken to social media to explain the updates, saying they were AI-generated images that had been shared online. The 64-year-old said: "So, folks, here's the real me on my own doing my own stuff.

"The previous post were sent to me via the Internet and very good they are too! Whatever happens AI is a dangerous weapon. Be very aware of the damage it can cause."

"I, of course, have never met Vlad and Don and I NEVER will but remember AI can make it "seem" to happen. Frightening eh? We are in an age where NOTHING is real until you ACTUALLY experience it yourself," reports the Liverpool Echo.

"Anyway, I couldn't have met Vlad and Don cos I was in the pub with Elvis! ! Keep 'em peeled all. Lots of love and merry Christmas, Brad and Family XXX."

Followers expressed their relief in the comments after Bradley's clarification. Maz said: "Glad you explained." Anne commented: "Thank goodness."

The post received thousands of likes and a wave of support from Chase co-star, Shaun Wallace, and Coronation Street's Andy Whyment.

Celebrity friends joined in to send their good wishes to Bradley Walsh for the holiday period. Among these was a merry message from Russell T Davies, the mastermind behind the Doctor Who revival, who commented on a red carpet photo shared by Bradley: "Merry Christmas Brad!"
