by Jamie Barlow, Victoria Johns · NottinghamshireLiveTOWIE's Georgia Kousoulou has shared a distressing update about her newborn daughter, who was rushed to A&E after falling ill with bronchitis. The 33-year-old reality star posted a picture of the sleeping child on Instagram, saying that her "baby girl is not well".
She asked her followers for advice, saying: "Trip to A&E and she has bronchitis. It's the worst thing when they're this small. She's three weeks old [praying emoji]."
Last month, the TOWIE favourite announced the birth of her baby girl, sharing a photo from her hospital bed. She revealed the child's name in the caption, writing: "Introducing you .. GIGI Fordham Born on 22.11 weighing 8 pounds 12."
She added: "Our darling girl, We are so in love, our hearts could burst. Thank you God for answering our prayers." Georgia shares her daughter with fellow TOWIE star Tommy Mallett. The couple also have a three-year-old son, Brody, who is thrilled to be a big brother to Gigi.
Georgia was rushed to hospital last month due to "reduced movement" during the later stages of her pregnancy. However, she reassured fans that "everything was good" after being checked over, according to a screenshot shared by the Daily Mail, reports the Mirror.
Georgia revealed back in May that she and her husband Tommy were expecting a baby following IVF treatment. The announcement came after the reality TV star courageously shared her experience of losing her second child 12 weeks into a previous pregnancy in April.
In sharing the joyful news about her latest pregnancy, Georgia expressed to her followers: "Our little rainbow baby is due December. Words can't express the emotions we have, we have prayed, and wished and with a little help it's happened. I can't thank my team enough. [...] These guys made my experience with IVF so much better than I could of even imagined."
She continued: "I was so scared as all the things I had heard beforehand but they were simply the best and held my hand the whole way through. thank you for giving us the best gift of all. To anyone watching who is suffering. I am with you and I know how you feel. I pray this post doesn't trigger you. I know how hard it is seeing announcements. Please know you are not alone and please don't give up hope."
