Caleb Miligan had a confrontation with his mother-in-law on Tuesday following her persistent phone calls.

After years of estrangement, she initially tried to reach out to her daughter Ruby, but Caleb intercepted the call. He blocked the number without informing Ruby, prompting Helen to contact Caleb directly.

Despite learning that Helen was terminally ill and didn't have much time left, Caleb refused to let her see Ruby. He demanded £100k in return for revealing the truth to Ruby, as Helen wished to reconcile before her passing.

Caleb was seen at the hospital around the time Helen's death was confirmed, seemingly returning after his financial arrangement. While it appeared he had just arrived, some fans speculated a murderous twist might be unfolding.

Even though it was known that Helen was terminally ill, some viewers couldn't help but suspect Caleb of foul play. They pondered whether Helen had damaging information about him that could potentially be revealed to Ruby, and if he possibly murdered her at the hospital to prevent her from seeing her daughter.
