Josie Gibson, 39, left her Capital FM co-host Jordan North, 34, speechless after a Christmas prank went slightly too far. During Monday morning's broadcast, I'm a Celebrity alum Jordan gifted Josie with a present.

"'To Josie, Love Jordan.' Awww," Josie exclaimed as she read the tag, with Jordan suggesting: "I think you should wear my present on Christmas Day."

Upon opening the gift to find a Christmas pudding outfit, Josie appeared visibly upset. "Mate, you know... I did... Tom, I told you I didn't want to talk about this. I've told you I didn't want to talk about it," she said, feigning anger.

An off-camera voice chimed in, "I thought it would be funny, because it's the Christmas pudding story," to which Jodie retorted: "You thought it would be funny? I nearly died. This is not... This isn't really funny. Can we drop this bit? " "Sorry," Jordan interjected as Josie continued, "This is really bad."

As Josie pretended to tear up, repeating "This is really bad," Jordan scrambled to apologise. However, Josie abruptly left the studio, yelling: "Go south, Jordan North! " While Jordan remained, continuing his apologies and seeking clarification from others in the room, Josie soon returned with a cheerful "Only kidding! " and resumed her seat opposite Jordan, all smiles, reports the Mirror.

Josie and her friends couldn't stop laughing, but Jordan was visibly shaken, believing he had upset her with his gift. "I feel sick," he confessed.

"Oh my God, Josie! I'm actually dripping with sweat. What the hell! Oh my God! " Meanwhile, in an exclusive chat with the Mirror, Josie disclosed that Christmas has taken on a new level of importance for her since the arrival of her son Reg in 2018. She takes delight in dressing Reg up in a suit for their annual visit to Santa Claus, which has quickly become her most cherished festive ritual.

"I'm all about the magic, and keeping the magic alive," she said. "Reg is the best version of himself the whole way through December because Father Christmas calls us and his elves call us and I always make him go and see Father Christmas in a suit."

She continued: "I love seeing Reg's face when he comes down on Christmas morning. You know when they go, 'He's been! ' That is everything for me. That's why I do everything, to celebrate that moment."

Josie also mentioned that she's looking forward to hosting Christmas, ensuring there's an abundance of food for guests to enjoy as they drop by.

Despite the festivities, she emphasized that she doesn't feel the absence of a partner during this time.

"Reg is my biggest distraction," she explained. "And people... your connections and relationships are so important. They're the things that are going to stay with you forever. What is meant to be on your path, will be on your path. You could spend all day worrying, but you're not going to get anywhere."

"It wouldn't be fair on them," she adds when discussing partners.

"My time is split between my career and my son, where would anyone fit in? ".
