Capcom Outlines Its 'Tokyo Game Show 2024' Online Program
Expect the latest titles and more
by Liam Doolan · Nintendo LifeThe Tokyo Game Show is fast approaching and more developers are revealing their plans for this year's event. Capcom has now lifted the lid on its own schedule, revealing it will be running its online program from 26th September 2024.
Fans can expect the following titles to feature as well as the upcoming release Monster Hunter Wilds. Here's the rundown:
- Street Fighter 6
- Capcom Fighting Collection 2
- Marvel vs. Capcom: Fighting Collection: Arcade Classics
- Dead Rising Deluxe Remaster
- Ace Attorney Investigations Collection
- Monster Hunter Now
- Monster Hunter Wilds
On the Switch front, Capcom recently released Ace Attorney Investigations Collection and Marvel vs. Capcom Fighting Collection. It will follow this up next year with the second fighting collection.

Just the Capcom Fighting Collection 2 alone is enough to get me excited. C'mon Capcom when will we get a Breath of Fire Legacy Collection? That would be day one buy for me and more money in your pocket.

Kind of wondering what the point of showing off the MvC Collection, Ace Attorney Investigations, and Dead Rising is when they'll all have been out for a bit by that point.

I know it's not on Nintendo hardware (yet) but I'm really hoping for some Dragons Dogma 2 DLC news.
I keen for Capcom Fighting Collection 2 and I know a lot of people are keen for MH: Wilds but for the rest, it's rather underwhelming.

Don't think I'll watch it, but I'm looking forward to seeing/hearing about the Switch games part of this here on Nintendo Life after!
@The-Chosen-one If nothing else I'd have to imagine RE4 is a dead certainty since 1), it has a PS4 version, and 2), there isn't a cloud version.

@Serpenterror Since they put BOF1 and BOF2 on NSO, it makes me feel they don't plan on making a Breath of Fire collection at all.
Which is a bit weird considering they are Capcom and they make tons of collections
Same for Ghosts n Goblins, they added Ghosts 'n Goblins, Ghouls 'n Ghosts and Super Ghouls 'n Ghosts on NSO instead.
I want more Mega Man Collections. Mega Man Star Force Legacy Collection, Mega Man Legends Legacy Collection, Mega Man X Legacy Collection with remaining games, Mega Man Classic Series Legacy Collections with remaining games, and Mega Man Battle Network Legacy Collection with remaining games.
I want a Mega Man Legends collection or something Mega Man. Probably won't happen, though. Other things in TGS I'm hoping for, like a release date for Professor Layton and the New World of Steam.
