Young Queen of the South fans offered free tickets for December clash with Stenhousemuir

Queen of the South have unveiled details of their first ever Dougie Dash.

And any youngster taking part will receive a free ticket for the club's upcoming match with Stenhousemuir.

Queens have joined forces with Crichton parkrun to hold the 5k Dougie Dash on Saturday, December 14.

Fans, sponsors, partners and schools are encouraged to take part to help raise vital funds for Queen of the South Community Trust projects.

Anyone who signs up for the Dougie Dash, which costs £5 to enter, will receive a Queen of the South Christmas hat.

And children who take part will receive a free ticket for the game against Stenhousemuir later that afternoon.

The Dougie Dash will be part of the normal Crichton parkrun, which takes place every Saturday at 9.30am.
