Response vehicle tour event

South Okanagan emergency vehicles were on full display on Thursday, at a family-friendly show-and-shine event in Penticton's Rotary Park.

The Regional District of Okanagan Similkameen Protective Services was offering tours of local emergency response vehicles, which included a tour of the new RDOS Mobile Command Centre.

Local first responders were also on hand to answer questions and provide information.
