The lights have now bee restored and traffic is flowing.

ORIGINAL 10:20 a.m.

The traffic lights are flashing red at the intersection of Harvey Avenue and Gordon Drive.

Traffic is backing up on Highway 97 in both directions.

Drivers should expect delays until the situation is resolved.
