BBC Strictly Come Dancing's Vito Coppola says 'we love it' over Sarah Hadland partnership insight

Vito Coppola and Sarah Hadland have given a glimpse into how their energetic partnership works in the training room for Strictly Come Dancing - and we're tired just watching it.

After an impressive start to their run in the BBC One dance contest, actress Sarah and professional dancer Vito are hoping to continue their positive trajectory in week three of the competition when the hit dance show returns to screens on Saturday night (October 5).

Fans will see them perform a Viennese Waltz to 'Hedwig’s Theme' from Harry Potter for the show's Movie Week special ahead of the second dance-off and elimination of the series.

But in one of their latest social media updates from rehearsals, it appears Vito and Sarah weren't practising their Viennese Waltz at all and were instead doing their own version of the Can-can in almost matching skirts.

Captioning the video which showed them kicking and flicking around the training room, Vito wrote: "This is how we burn off our extra energy, because let’s say that we are a bit 'Extraaaaa'…and we love it #alwayslivetothefullest." He added: "Let’s Can-Can Trillyyyyy."

And fans were absolutely loving it. @flower.samanthahealth said: "Brilliant! Total nutters - which is exactly what the world needs right now!" @__.kirsty.___ commented: "Mirrors of each other’s energy. Brilliant partnership." @allyans58 wrote: "Love you two. Having so much fun together, burning off that extra energy."

@shazzamac replied: "I absolutely love this partnership. I already loved @vitocoppola he's just amazing." @ashleighmcrobbie posted: "Wow how much coffee do you guys have in a day." @meldn20 added: "You are so funny. I love these videos you keep posting. By the way you look good in a skirt Vito."

But Sarah revealed that wearing the skirt wasn't an easy task for Vito. Sharing a sneaky video to her Instagram Story, the Italian dancer could be seen on the phone as he was sitting down wafting himself with the fabric of the skirt.

"Behind the scene... He's supposed to show me how to waltz with the skirt and we end up dancing the Can-can [crying laughing emojis]. 'What 'appen?'" Sarah captioned the post, mimicking her partner with the last question. He then reshared the post and said: "Ahahah. I must admit that it felt really hot with that long skirt on..."
