ITV I'm A Celebrity fans demand 'please stop' as they make 'boring' show claim

I'm A Celebrity... Get Me Out of Here fans have issued a demand for others following the show to 'please stop', as they fear they'll make the new series 'boring'.

The 2024 run of the ITV reality show only kicked off on Sunday (November 17) but the same faces are already taking on the bushtucker trials thanks to their screaming starts in camp.

During the second episode of I'm A Celeb on Monday night (November 18), fans were surprised to see campmate, Loose Women and TIikTok star GK Barry, also known as Grace, miss out on just one star in the Vile Volcano bushtucker trial after she appeared to be terrified of the critters she encountered.

Having been voted by the public for the trial GK was given a pep talk by her fellow campmates before heading down to see hosts Ant McPartlin and Dec Donnelly at the trial clearing. She admitted she had likely been voted by the public for being the only person to scream through the challenges the previous day.

GK found out she would have to venture deep inside a bubbling volcano into a series of caves and tunnels. As she moved through the chambers she had to collect stars, faced with snakes, spiders, rats and plenty of creepy crawlies along the way. At one point she was joined by giant spiders, one of which perched itself on top of her helmet.

Luckily the star didn't notice so she managed to power through the remainder of the trial coming out of the other side with a total of nine stars out of a possible 10 for the camp.

It saw her seemingly escape the next trial as on Tuesday night (November 19) it was the turn of Radio 1 star Dean to face the second trial of I'm A Celeb's latest run, The Sinister Sarcophagus. It involved being locked inside a giant mummy figuring and having to answer a series of Egypt-related questions.

For each one he answered correctly, a star would be lowered down which he then had to release with his mouth. When entering the sarcophagus, the radio presenter said: "This is my worst nightmare because I can’t get out." Dean managed to answer two questions, and secure two stars, but it all got too much for him when giant mealworms and crickets were poured over his head. He then called out: "I’m A Celebrity… Get Me Out Of Here!" and the trial was over.

After crying and repeatedly apologising, he managed to have some banter with Ant and Dec. When the latter said: "See you tomorrow," Dean whipped his head around and said: "You won't see me tomorrow!" before the co-host explained he meant in the camp to reveal who would be doing the next trial.

And lo-and-behold, Dean was selected by viewers to take on the next trial, Drown in the Dumps, with GK leaving many fans flocking to social media in frustration.
