ITV I'm A Celebrity fans ask 'why' they're not being shown scenes after Maura Higgins' Alan Halsall reveal

I'm A Celebrity... Get Me Out of Here fans have been left confused as a comment from Maura Higgins about Alan Halsall sparked a 'missing scenes' complaint.

The former Love Island finalist was a latecomer into the jungle alongside Reverend Richard Coles, with the pair joining the ten other famous faces a few days into their time Down Under, including Alan.

The actor, who is famed for playing Tyrone Dobbs in Coronation Street, is now among the many Corrie stars to head Down Under and take part in the ITV reality show in which a bunch of celebrities swaps their luxurious lives for the basics of a camp in the jungle, having to win food through tough trials.

During the latest episode of the ITV reality show on Thursday night (November 28), Alan, BBC Radio 1 presenter Dean McCullough and McFly singer Danny Jones took on The Rank Bank Bushtucker Trial

Their fellow campmates were invited along to watch. Presenters Ant McPartlin and Dec Donnelly explained: “Jungle life is about to get very expensive..." They added: "Everyday essentials in camp are going to cost you money and to pay for them you’ll have to use your jungle cash card. You’re going to be split into three teams."

Returning from the day’s trial, the campmates entered a new-look camp, complete with turnstiles to use the dunny, shower, pool and bath at $10 a visit, as well as a vending wall, depositing fresh filtered water and logs for the fire, for $10 each item. Plus, there was a treat machine where the campmates could buy extra treats for camp.

But there was a moment where Maura mentioned a sweet gesture from Alan, featured in spin-off show Unpacked, and it left I'm A Celeb viewers with questions. @WhoPotterVian said: "Alan's been making things in the camp? Why isn't this being shown in the main show? We're missing some potentially golden moments. #ImACeleb #Unpacked."

@xxncisaddictxx commented: "Maura said Alan made her a birthday candle and we didn't see it. #imacelebrity #ImACeleb #Unpacked." @ScottTHFC23 wrote: "Alan made a bday candle? hoops to play a game with? umm... why was this not in a episode?!!? #IMACELEB #IMACELEBUNPACKED." @hollycarruthers added: "If Maura was stranded with another campmate for years she chose Alan cos he keeps making things, I seen him plating hair shame we don’t see more #imaceleb."
