I'm A Celebrity viewers say 'you what' as they respond to Jane Moore's first comments after elimination
by Miranda Pell · Manchester Evening NewsThe first star voted out of the I’m A Celebrity… Get Me Out of Here jungle has been announced.
Loose Women star Jane Moore is the first celeb to depart the camp after viewers voted in the first elimination which took place on Friday night.
Since Thursday’s episode, viewers have been voting for their favourite celebrities in the jungle, and the star with the least votes was eliminated on Friday night.
Hosts Ant McPartlin and Declan Donnelly announced on Thursday night's episode of the ITV series that viewers could now start voting for their favourite celebrities, with the campmate with the least number of votes set to leave the jungle on Friday night's show.
Prior to this, viewers have been voting for which celeb they want to see partaking in the gruelling Bushtucker trials to earn food for camp. But now fans can vote for which celeb they want to remain in the jungle.
Now Jane has been eliminated from the jungle, there are only 11 celebs remaining to compete for the crown.
Alongside Jane, radio DJ Dean McCullough was in the bottom two, meaning they were the two celebs to receive the least votes for favourite campmate.
When it was announced that Jane would be the first to leave, some fans were gutted to see her go and have taken to X, formerly Twitter, to say their goodbyes.

But other ITV I’m A Celebrity viewers were happy to see Jane in the bottom of the ranks and were hoping that either her or Dean would be the first to leave the jungle.
@thegreenspecs wrote: “Knew it would be Jane to go first #imaceleb”, and @Emma1240 commented: “Am glad Jane has gone. Bye bye”.
@lil27655555 admitted: “Omg the public actually voted properly??? I wanted either Jane or Dean out. #ImACeleb”.
Tensions began to grow this week in the Australian jungle when McFly star Danny Jones and former professional boxer Barry McGuigan were announced to be the new camp leaders and had to assign chores.
They assigned Jane washing up, which she was not happy about. In her exit interview after being eliminated from the jungle, she admitted that it was a point of contention in the camp.
Upon being eliminated, Jane said to hosts Ant and Dec: "Hard work does not get rewarded", which has confused some fans.
