The Greater Manchester neighbourhood that has won big in this week's Postcode Lottery

Hundreds of Wythenshawe residents are celebrating after winning a share of £3.2 million from the People's Postcode Lottery. People in the M22 8 postcode who play the Postcode Lottery have been told they can expect to win at least £1,000 after the winning area for November's Postcode Millions prize was announced on Monday (November 25).

The winning locals will find out their prize amounts at an event at Manchester Central Convention Complex on Saturday 30 November. The full winning postcode - where players will take home the biggest cash prizes - will also be revealed at the event.

People's Postcode Lottery presenters Danyl Johnson and Judie McCourt will be on hand to give winners the good news and reveal the winning cheques.

Danyl said: "I'm sure it'll be a super Saturday to remember in Wythenshawe and there will be a lot of nervous excitement for winners in the run up to the event. Judie and I can't wait to celebrate with them!"

Local good causes close to the winners in Wythenshawe, Manchester, have also benefitted from money raised by Postcode Lottery players.

Blossom - Health Through Activity, based in Wythenshawe Park, received £25,000 in funding this year. It aims to support well-being through a variety of workshops and sustainable practices and promote environmental awareness. Its activities include food-growing classes, cooking, plant care, and garden maintenance.
