BBC Strictly Come Dancing spoiler leak causes branded 'disgrace' as celebrity 'stitched up'

Strictly Come Dancing fans have been left in 'shock' as the latest celebrity to leave the competition was leaked early. Who faced the latest dreaded dance-off and the couple who were therefore eliminated is revealed weekly online ahead of it being aired on TV.

It comes after the BBC One dance contest was back on Saturday night (November 23), at its usual home of Elstree Studios following last weekend's trip to Blackpool, with the remaining seven couples hoping to impress and make it through to next weekend's iconic Musicals special.

The latest live show couldn't have gone any better for Love Island star Tasha Ghouri as she was awarded the first perfect score of 40 of Strictly's 2024 series for her elegant American Smooth with her partner Aljaz Skorjanec.

Donning a flowing silver gown with a sparkly bodice, the 26-year-old delivered a series of high lifts and dips to Someone You Loved by Lewis Capaldi for the performance. But there was a twist ahead.

The couple had initially topped the leaderboard, but all of the contestants then took part in a Samba-Thon. Having performed their planned routines, the remaining Strictly couples returned to the ballroom floor together to impress the judges with their best Samba moves and were eliminated one by one before a winner was confirmed.

In the end, Tasha and Ajlaz came runner-up after scoring six in the special contest, and JLS singer JB Gill and Lauren Oakley - who were initially on a score of 39 with their impressive Charleston to Yes Sir! That’s My Baby by Firehouse Five Plus Two. - scored a seven, bringing both results to a total of 46.

There were also emotional scenes as comedian Chris McCausland and Dianne Buswell delivered a fiery paso doble for their Strictly performance, which brought the professional dancer's parents to tears.

Ahead of the performance, Dianne revealed her parents had not seen her dance since she joined the show seven years ago. But after making the trip from Australia, Rina and Mark were seen in the live studio audience to see Chris and Dianne's performance to El Gato Montes by Manuel Panella secured them a score of 33, with Motis Mabuse saying she "loved the commitment" in the dance.

But some Strictly fans have been left 'shocked' after a leaked spoiler revealed which celebrity left the competition this weekend. The results show airs on Sunday but is pre-recorded on the Saturday night after the live show, meaning that the name of the axed star is often leaked online.

While the Manchester Evening News won't be revealing the bottom two or exit results, fans have already been reacting online. @RyanTheSoapking said: "Now I'm really shocked at this result." @FanOfTV05 commented: "I am shocked." @kylieskaty wrote: "Disappointed with this result."
