I'm A Celebrity... Get Me Out of Here viewers have told Dean McCullough not to 'lie' after his six-word statement was called out. The BBC Radio 1 presenter has come under fire from viewers in recent days amidst his struggles with trials and tenson with campmate Alan Halsall.

During the latest instalment of the ITV reality show on Sunday night (November 24), Dean took on another trial, named Absolute Carnage, but he wasn't on his own as he was joined by Coleen Rooney who headed to the trial clearing with Ant McPartlin and Dec Donnelly for the first time.

The trial saw Coleen trapped in a box in the back of a car which was filled with cockroaches, crickets, giant mealworms and rats. The WAG's fellow campmate, BBC Radio 1 presenter Dean, had to rummage through a garage area which was filled with fish guts and creepy crawlies to find tools which he would pass to Coleen so she could unlock the stars in the box.

The pair worked together, with hosts Ant McPartlin and Decl Donnelly branding Coleen as "very calm, very quiet, you just got on with it". Liverpool-born Coleen replied: "That is my way of coping, silence, the silent treatment," before revealing they earned nine out of 12 stars for camp.

Later, at the end of the episode, hosts Ant and Dec confirmed who would be competing in Monday's (November 25) Bushtucker Trial, Jack and The Scream Stalk, revealing Dean had once again been voted to compete in the dreaded trial, leaving him pretty devastated.

But it was earlier during his trial with Coleen that Dean made comments that riled I'm A Celeb viewers. During their debrief with Ant and Dec, where the hosts congratulated Dean on doing better than in previous trials, Dean quipped: "I’m a fighter, not a quitter." It comes after the radio star has thus far shouted 'I'm A Celebrity Get Me Out Of Here' to excuse himself from two trials - so many accused him of lying.
