BBC Strictly Come Dancing's Dianne Buswell says 'sorry' as she causes training room havoc with Chris McCausland

Dianne Buswell was left saying 'sorry' to her fans for the lengthy update as she was seen causing a little bit of havoc in the training room alongside Chris McCausland.

The pair have this week been in training for their next Strictly Come Dancing performance which will take place live in the ballroom on Saturday night (October 5). They'll be doing a jive to the Wayne's World Theme for the show's annual Movie Week,

And Chris, who is Strictly's first blind contestant, and dance partner Dianne will be hoping to impress after they received a standing ovation from the live audience for their foxtrot last Saturday night to Be Young, Be Foolish, Be Happy by The Tams, picking up an impressive 29 points.

But as they have been working hard on their routine, Dianne took another opportunity to experience things from Chris' perspective. After using a scarf to cover her eyes in a video shared to social media last week, Dianne decided to give it a go.

But instead of trying to perform her and Chris' latest routine, the Australian dancer was trying to get him a glass of water from the handy bar that sits in their training space.

However, it didn't quite go to plan with Dianne making her way around the room before heading through the wrong door. She eventually found the bar but as she tried to grab the drink dispenser, Chris told her she needed to be behind the bar to complete the challenge.

She successfully managed to make her way around the other side but after leaving the soft drink hose on the bartop to grab, it flicked back and caused glass to smash. As she tried to get Chris his water, she joked she was 'sorry for the wait' while also trying to avoid the shards of broken glass on the floor.

Captioning the latest post, Dianne wrote to her Instagram followers: "Another blindfolded challenge!!!! Sorry it’s so long I was not good at this."

And her fans and followers were quick to respond. @eddo_official said: "I’m so impressed !!! In awe of you both." @smileker wrote: "Oh my! I know we’re sat laughing with you and enjoying your videos but seriously Dianne this must be helping you relate to some of what Chris lives with and is experiencing. You are both brilliant. Loads of love to you both."
