Alan Halsall's Coronation Street co-star Andy Whyment has spoken about a possible romance for him in the jungle after I'm A Celebrity... Get Me Out of Here fans picked up on a possible new duo.

During the ITV reality show's 2024 seires launch, viewers saw Alan, who is famed for playing Tyrone Dobbs in the long-running soap, and N-Dubz singer team up for their first challenge, which they won and resulted in them becoming the first camp leaders.

This meant they got to sleep in the Leaders’ Lodge, with mattresses and comfy bedding and also got to dish out the chores to their fellow campmates, and avoid doing any themselves,

They've now been ousted from their roles and following a public vote, Danny Jones and McGuigan are now the new camp leaders. But as for Alan and Tulisa, there has been a rumbling of a possible romance blossoming between the pair.

Opening up on whether or not he thinks a romance with N-Dubz star Tulisa may be on the cards, Alan's Corrie co-star Andy said on ITV's Lorraine on Monday (November 25): "Well they seem to be getting on really well don’t they? We know they’ve been sharing the hideout at the top so I’m sure they’ve been having a few conversations there...

"Obviously they won the first trial together on the very first show. Listen, good luck to him. He’s obviously a single lad and I think Tulisa is single so we shall see what happens. Watch this space."

Andy, who is famed for playing Kirk Sutherland in Corrie and was runner-up on I'm A Celeb in 2019, also revealed the one piece of advice he gave to Alan before entering the jungle and revealedthe truth behind Alan's secret signal in the jungle.

The actor told Lorraine Kelly: "The only time you know when the camera is on you is when Ant and Dec are saying who’s doing the trial. So every time they say Alan, he always goes like that [makes heart shape with hands] which is just a sign to Sienna [his daughter].

He continued: "Sienna is the only thing that really really gets him emotional and I know he’s really missing her so that’s why every time they say ‘Alan, it’s not you’, he’s doing that as a sign so that Sienna knows that he’s thinking of her."
