Netflix series fans 'binged in 24 hours' gets season 2 release date

The show, based on Jenny Han's romance novel To All The Boys I've Loved Before, won over audiences in its first season with the story of teenage matchmaker Kitty Song Covey's journey towards independence at the Korean Independent School of Seoul (KISS).
In the first season, Kitty began in a long-distance relationship with her boyfriend Dae, believing him to be her one 'true' love, but soon started to question their relationship.
After its eagerly awaited debut, the first season quickly climbed to the top 10 charts in 90 countries on Netflix.
The cast has now revealed that the second season will premiere on January 16, 2025, and will feature three new actors, reports the Mirror.

Anna Cathcart will return as Kitty, alongside Minyeong Choi as Dae Heon Kim and Sang Heon Lee as Min Ho Moon.
In a fun video inspired by TikTok trends, the cast shared that the upcoming season will introduce new roommates, more romance, more travel, and even more love triangles.
The announcement also teased three new additions to the cast: Audrey Huynh (ANZBBGRL, Wyrm) as Stella, Sasha Bhasin (Brave the Dark) as Praveena, and Joshua Lee (Gangnam Project) as Jin.
Fans who have followed the series will know that Kitty ended her relationship with her first love Dae, setting the stage for a new romantic storyline in the next semester.

The second season will explore the single life of the Covey sister as she ventures into casual dating.
In addition to her romantic escapades, the protagonist will discover a letter from her mother's past, leading her on a journey of self-discovery.
Fans have eagerly awaited the return of the popular series. One fan wrote on IMDB: "Every single character I loved, and even the one I hated did an excellent job! These characters are relatable, likeable, lovable, and I can't wait to find out more. Bring on SEASON 2! ! ".
Another viewer commented: "I wanted to watch this because I enjoyed 'to all the boys' and liked the fact it was a series. I then ended up bingeing the series in 24 hours!
