I'm A Celebrity... Get Me Out of Here star Danny Jones 'sealed' his series win with a single move - until an 'unfair' moment seemingly risked his title.

The McFly star was an instant favourite when he entered camp as one of the ten initial campmates who had signed up to take part in the ITV reality show, fronted by Ant McPartlin and Dec Donnelly, this year.

During the latest instalment on the ITV reality show on Tuesday night (November 26), the campmates' nighttime trip on the Fright Bus continued, with the celebrities hoping to endure the journey length in order to win luggage items for camp. And in true I’m A Celeb style, they were not alone. Joining them for the journey were the likes of cockroaches, mealworms and spiders.

Birthday girl Maura Higgins, received a happy birthday singsong from her fellow campmates to which the 34-year-old said: "This is the worst birthday I’ve ever had!" When the Fright Bus officially reached its first stop, Critter Crescent, it was time for the first row, consisting of GK Barry, Jane Moore, and Oti Mabuse, to guide three red tokens along the bar in front of them.

When they had successfully moved them to the end, they pushed the stop button and were allowed to exit the bus, taking an item of luggage each with them. Next up to successfully collect all three tokens in exchange for luggage and get off the bus were row two - Coleen Rooney, Richard Coles and Dean McCullough.

To keep up morale for the journey, Danny decided to lead a singsong aptly named ‘Roaches in my pants’, but the energy was short-lived as more critters continued to drop down on the campmates, including a huge spider on Danny’s hand. Next the bus stopped at Roach Road, giving Melvin Odoom, Alan Halsall and Danny the opportunity to exit the bus and collect their luggage.

Last up were Maura, Barry McGuigan and Tulisa who had to withstand four stops and an almighty amount of critters and green ants before they could get off the Fright Bus. Seated in the middle, with Maura and Tulisa screaming either side of him, Barry kept his game face on with the end in sight.

But there was a moment during the trial that went down well with fans. @bethanj104 said: "Danny putting the spider down gently while everyone else is panicking shows me now he should win #imacelebrity2024 #ImACeleb." @Quinney58157499 commented: "Danny with that spider , how calm and gentle he was , you can’t tell me that man ain’t got a heart of pure gold #imacelebrity2024."

@hhsixidiotsxx posted: "Danny remaining THAT calm whilst a spider is on his hand Just give him the crown now because I’d be screaming #ImACeleb." @courts_mayx added: "THIS IS WHY I LOVE DANNY, JUST CHILLIN WITH A SPIDER ON HIS HAND! Danny to win #ImACeleb."

Returning to camp after a terrifying trip on the Fright Bus, Oti was still clearly shaken. When she found a frog sitting on her bag, she said: "I’m gonna cry!" Once the campmates had returned, they took the opportunity to open their luggage - with Coleen getting a neck pillow and Danny choosing a guitar.

And while many of Danny's fans were happy to hear him leade a sing-song in camp, others wondered if it was a bit unfair. @kh_99 said: "Everyone gets random stuff, but Danny gets his guitar? #ImACeleb." @stuartRbrown93 posted: "Why did all the other camp mates get bits of random rubbish but Danny got a guitar with his sons writing on it seems abit unfair if you ask me #imacelebrity2024 #ImACeleb."

@olayree shared: "So rest of them get c*p but Danny got a guitar especially for him signed from his kids?? #imaceleb." @Coleee____ added: "Wait so was the whole point of the fright bus for Danny to get his guitar and everyone else just get random s**t? I’m so confused #ImACeleb."
