Stacey Solomon being 'supported' by her friends as she offers update from 'much needed' girls' trip

Stacey Solomon has been keeping her fans and followers updated on a trip of a life time and she's opened up about how the women she's travelled with to Las Vegas are the ones who support her and 'keep her going' in every day life.

The Loose Women star revealed she was beside herself last week as she revealed she was heading to Vegas on her first brand trip. She apologised in advance for the social media content ahead as she revealed she'd been asked by Space NK to join them in seeing Adele at Caesars Palace during her last run of shows.

The Sort Your Life Out host explained that she doesn't usually head on brand trips, in which a brand pays for a celebrity or influencer to go on a trip or to an event and promote them or their products. But when Space NK got in touch with the offer to see Adele, Stacey couldn't refuse.

Stacey told how her sisters and friends were 'fuming' with her because she never joins them on their girls' trips as she prefers to stay at home with her "dogs, ducks and kids" but she revealed she ended up being able to take them with her, including her brand REHAB's two co-founders to make up for the missed girls' trips over the years.

She's since been sharing updates from the trip, including coming face-to-face with and getting a hug from Adele during her live concert. Addressing the moment, captured from different angles as she and her trip buddies sat in different seats, she said: "Wow. I will never forget this moment…

"Honestly what an absolute dream come true. The end of this is me letting all of my 'be cool Stacey' go. I have looked up to Adele for such a long time. A strong, inspirational no sh*t woman with the biggest heart. She’ll never know what that hug meant. To the moon and back Adele.

"I’m so lucky to have had so many women in my lifetime to look up to. And tonight reminded me of all of those women. Most of which were here with me. My sisters, my best friends, my business partners, my colleagues. All of which filmed this special moment for me from every darn angle possible. She has since returned to Instagram. On Sunday (17 November), the mum-of-five shared a series of snaps from part of her trip, during which she and her group of gal pals went horseback riding. In the caption, she admitted that the trip was 'much needed'.

Stacey told her millions of followers: "Feeling Free. I can’t describe what I’ve felt spending time away with my girls. I didn’t know how much I needed this. I am such a home girl but time away isn’t as scary as I thought. In fact it’s fed my soul. I stole someone’s cowboy had and rode through the canyon with the women I honestly couldn’t be who am I without.

"The thing about these women is they literally lift me up, have my back, keep me going, make me feel so supported & I just couldn’t do life without them. I love you girls to the moon and back. I’m so lucky to have you in my life. This is your sign to say f**k it and get out of your comfort zone whenever you get the chance. You won’t regret it."
