Man City ace Phil Foden channels The Addams Family at incredible Halloween Party in Stockport
by Dianne Bourne · Manchester Evening NewsManchester City star Phil Foden and his family channeled movie stars The Addams Family for an incredible Halloween party held in his native Stockport. The Foden family transformed themselves into the creepy characters from the hit movies and TV series in an epic surprise for their family and friends on Halloween night.
The champion footballer booked out the events suite at Stockport County to hold The Fodens Family Halloween bash on Thursday night. And they pulled out all the stops with their fancy dress for the occasion, with fans and friends saying they're "obsessed" with the look.
Phil cut a striking figure to become Gomez Addams, the debonair head of the clan. He wore a fake slick black moustache for the night, while donning the character's trademark pin-striped suit.

Meanwhile Phil's partner Becca wore a long black wig and vampy full length gown to become matriarch Morticia Addams. The couple's two eldest children, Ronnie, 4, and True, 3, looked adorable as they got into character as the spooky kids Pugsley and Wednesday from the films.

Man City favourite Phil and Becca shared some of the incredible photos from the party on son Ronnie's official instagram account on Friday. In it they thanked all of the suppliers who got involved in the themed bash, organised by Cheshire's Ledigo Events.
Captioning the photos "The Foden Family" in spooky writing, they also thanked everyone who made it a special night. They wrote: "Thankyou to everyone who made this an event to remember."
Friends and followers swiftly racked up the likes on the post, and were loving the fancy dress theme. Tallulahfrills wrote: "You win!! These costumes are so good!!!" While Claudia Bish added: "This is unreal".
People were also impressed with 24-year-old Phil's debonair look as Gomez Addams. Although some thought he looked like another movie star. Rich_kiki_88 said: "Wow man you really look like Charlie Chaplin", and another added simply: "Charlie Chaplain". Others added video clips of the iconic silent movie star for good measure.

The couple also shared their own video from the party - in a 360 degree photobooth at the bash. There the couple got into spooktacular poses in characters as the Gomez and Morticia. Although it appears that usually smooth-faced Phil was having to keep a tight grip of his moustache stuck on his face during the spin!
The event saw the Fodens back at Stockport County, where they have held a number of their most recent family events. They headed to the League One club to host the third birthday party for daughter True in July, with a mermaid-themed event.
And earlier in the year they held a blue-themed baby shower in April ahead of the arrival of their third tot in the summer.

For their Halloween bash, it was a black and white themed occasion to match The Addams Family's trademark colours. There was a black and white buffet, that even included a black chocolate fountain as well as desserts in the shape of coffins.

There was a monochrome ballpool and bouncy castle for the kids, and huge light-up letters spelling out The Foden Family greeted guests into the room next to a sparkling dancefloor with lots of black balloons shaped into bats, and white balloons made to look like spooky ghosts.
Now that spooky season is over, Phil will head back to the serious business of the football season at the weekend. The Blues will be heading to Bournemouth to play in the Premier League at 3pm on Saturday.
