An up-and-coming TikTok star who went missing after going to a strip club two weeks ago has been found dead following a car crash, his family have said.

Jiare Schneider, 31, was last seen driving a silver Toyota 4Runner on November 15. Loved-ones grew concerned when Schneider failed to call or check up on his children, and went silent on social media despite trying to grow online presence. When he had failed to upload content for over a week, his sister, Jasnique Oliver, knew something terrible had happened.

The father was later discovered inside a car that has smashed into the woods after being involved in an accident. Family friend Germequa Bell, who was among those who found Schneider's body, told Fox 5 Atlanta: "This morning, a group of us gathered, and we came out here, and we went to the woods… and there he was. We knew when he disappeared that something was up."

The aspiring TikTok star was involved in a deadly crash

Clayton County Police Department spokesman confirmed the vehicle was "deep in the woodlice, which indicates there was a fast speed approaching the intersection".

"Preliminary investigation suggests the vehicle traveled westbound across Brown Road, through overgrowth and into a tree at the rear of the property," police said in a statement, per Atlanta News First.

The forest where Schneider was found was around 25 minutes away from a content creator house that he would occasionally spend time in. His family believe he was visiting the house before tragedy struck. They told Fox 5: "Of course, [we're] relieved that we found him, but still angry that we didn't get the resources, the help that we were asking. His son, that's all we can think about," Bell said.

The Clayton County Police Department announced the news of Schneider's disappearance on Facebook earlier this week.

The post read: "We, along with neighboring departments, are assisting Forest Park City Police in their efforts. Jiare was last seen wearing a black sweater, and long black pants. He has full sleeve tattoos, and his hair styled in dreads. If you have seen Jiare or have any information about his whereabouts, please contact the Forest Park City Police Department or call 911 immediately."

Police are yet to confirm Schneider's cause of death and the incident is still under investigation.
