Chelsea Handler Signs With WME (EXCLUSIVE)

The multi-hyphenate will be repped in numerous areas at the talent agency, which she’ll retain along with manager Ocean Avenue.
Handler is currently on a national stand-up tour, “Chelsea Handler Live,” which she’s running parallel to a new Las Vegas residency at the Cosmopolitan Hotel and Casino (headlining a 3,200-seat theater known as, well, The Chelsea).
She is set to return as the host of the 2025 Critics Choice Awards on E! on Jan. 12, her third consecutive year in the gig. She also recently appeared in the Hulu original “Prom Dates” and on the ABC series “Not Dead Yet.”

After a seven-year run as the host of E!’s top-rated “Chelsea Lately,” she launched the doc series “Chelsea Does” followed by the talk show “Chelsea” on Netflix in 2016. Handler has authored six New York Times best-selling books, five of which have reached No. 1 on the list. In 2021, she rolled out the “Vaccinated and Horny Tour,” before taking her “Little Big Bitch Tour” on the road from 2023 to 2024. Following the success of her 2020 HBO Max comedy special “Evolution,” which earned Handler a Grammy nomination for best comedy album, she made a return to Netflix with her critically acclaimed 2022 comedy special “Revolution.” Her early credits include the action rom-com “This Means War” alongside Reese Witherspoon, Chris Pine and Tom Hardy.
