Podcast: Big spenders and FG's lingering Louth problem

It’s all about the big spenders in the latest episode of RTÉ’s General Election podcast Behind the Ballot as Katie, Fran, and David are joined by Liz Carolan of The Briefing.

Liz has been through all the data, which shows Fine Gael have been splashing out on Meta ads while Sinn Féin seem to have scaled back their spending when compared to other campaigns.

And as the dust settles on the Prime Time debate, eyes have shifted to more polls as The Business Post are the latest to drop theirs.

Like the last two big ones, it suggested there's a drop in support for Fine Gael.

The trio also analyse the latest comments from Simon Harris on John McGahon, as he seems to be keen to remind voters that there’s another party option also running in the area.
