An estimated £173million EuroMillions jackpot could be won this Tuesday and if a single UK winner were to take home the entire jackpot they would become richer than Christmas royalty Michael Bublé – who is worth an estimated £63million.

They would also find themselves with over five times the amount of cash Andrew Ridgeley has in his bank account. Ridgeley, who as half of Wham! along with George Michael gave us ‘Last Christmas’, is worth a reported £31.9million.

One big winner wouldn’t however threaten the Queen of Christmas, Mariah Carey is worth £279million. Andy Carter, Senior Winners’ Advisor at Allwyn, operator of The National Lottery, said: “A fantastic Christmas is definitely on the cards this year if a lucky UK EuroMillions player wins this astonishing life-changing jackpot. As well as the Champagne on ice, we’ll get the mulled wine warmed, ready to celebrate and support the winner as they settle into their big win.”

A single UK jackpot winner would immediately become The National Lottery’s third biggest winner of all time, just £22million off the top spot. The biggest UK EuroMillions jackpot winner of all time was an anonymous ticket-holder who banked £195,707,000 in July 2022.

One big winner on Tuesday night would also be the 19th UK winner of a prize over £100million, and it would be the fourth UK jackpot win in 2024 so far. UK jackpot wins this year include an anonymous ticket-holder who scooped a £24million jackpot prize in the draw on Friday, July 26, just three weeks after another anonymous UK player won a £33million jackpot prize in the draw on Friday, July 5. These winners join Richard and Debbie Nuttall who shared the £123million jackpot prize in the draw on Tuesday, January 30, with a winner in Spain, scooping them £61million.

Players are urged to get their EuroMillions tickets early and before the deadline of 7.30pm this Tuesday to be in with a chance of winning. Players can buy and check their tickets online by downloading the National Lottery app or at national-lottery.co.uk.

The National Lottery is celebrating 30 years. Since it launched, more than 7,400 millionaires have been made and more than £50billion has been raised for Good Causes with more than 700,000 individual grants awarded.
