"You can buy those cheaply on Amazon. Make sure you buy the one with the individual titanium spikes.

"If it's boasting hundreds of titanium spikes it's a s**** one. It means they've got a rolled out bit of titanium.

"You want ones, if it's plastic, it'll be about a 190 to 200 spikes titanium, you'll be able to see each individual spike, 0.5 millimetre. Once a day, roll, roll, roll [while showing the movement across his head].

"It's a bit painful. Roll at the temples. And then you would put on minoxidil, 15% ideally. They're very expensive, you're looking at 34 quid a month, but it works."

"The needles on the head are very fine and penetrate the skin well- I can tell they are going in quite deep. Fairly painless with I think a good amount of stimulation. I had one of these years ago and this one is miles better."

Rami said: "I have been using this derma roller for my hair loss treatment. After using it for a month I can definitely see some hair regrowth. I have been using minoxidil for months but it didn’t seem to work. Derma rolling done wonders for my hair, definitely recommend it."

Although some said some of the pins bent, one said: "Item as presented in the picture. Easy to use but needs to be cleaned before and after each use. Product received had a few bent needles that I removed with a tweezers this is the only reason I didn't give it 5 stars. Used it for two months now without any sign of wear."
