GK Barry has shared a bizarre gift she gave her girlfriend before entering ITV I'm A Celebrity. Barry, real name Grace Keeling, first found fame as a social media influencer on TikTok, posting videos during the Covid-19 pandemic, before going on to host her own podcast Saving Grace.

The star took to social media in the summer to reveal her budding relationship with England football striker Ella Rutherford, who'll be supporting the podcaster from home while she heads Down Under, with the launch show airing tonight.

“When you are missing home and all you want is your comfort people, then that will be hard if they are not there,” she explained to ITV. “But my girlfriend is also very excited for me and thinks I will do really well.” Barry has left Rutherford a rather strange parting gift.

She explained further: “I have got her a cardboard cut out of me so it’s not weird when I am away!” The 25-year-old said: “I haven’t slept in a month. I am scared of the trials and I am genuinely scared of everything. The eating trial to me is the worst thing you can do to a human being.

“You also don’t know who you are going to click with either but hopefully after the first week, I will settle in nicely.” Reports around the final line-up come after hosts Anthony McPartlin and Declan Donnelly shared a teaser “cast reveal” video, in which they reacted to the new contestants.

The video sees the TV duo exude a mixture of excitement and approval on discovering the celebrities heading into the Australian jungle later this month. “If we had to describe this year’s lineup in 10 words? Good. Very good. Really good. Brilliant. Yes. Yes. Yes. YES,” they captioned it.

The forthcoming series, launching on November 17, will see a new batch of famous faces undertake challenges and trials to secure food and treats for the group and avoid being voted out by viewers.
