Speaking on her Heart Breakfast radio show, Amanda shared: "I've ordered two hard-boiled eggs [for breakfast]. I'm trying to lose the stomach before Christmas."
Although she's trying to shift a few pounds before Christmas, Amanda once opened up about the tragic reason she refuses to diet. She once stated in an interview with MailOnline: "You have to enjoy life. I eat everything. Drink everything.
"I had a friend once who didn't make it to her 50s and her biggest regret was that she spent her life on a diet. I don't diet."
Apart from her breafast switch, Amanda has shared that she drinks water regularly and keeps fit by running three times a week. In an interview with Cosmopolitan, Amanda shared: "I have to run for my rosé wine in the summer and run for my red wine in winter. And I don't do it because I feel I have to; I do it for my own discipline and dignity."
While she may not be a fan of the gym, the Britain's Got Talent judge has a passion for yoga, which she started after having her daughter Hollie, finding it helps with her breathing and relaxation. As a committed vegetarian, Amanda's typical meal consists of "lots of avocado, chickpeas and quinoa salads".
