by · Birmingham Live

Loose Women's Coleen Nolan has shared the joyful news that she's become a grandma once more after her son Jake Roche welcomed a baby boy. The 59 year old revealed the happy update on today's episode of the ITV programme.

Coleen shared: "I've got some good news to announce. My baby boy Jake and his gorgeous fiancée Georgia had a baby boy. So I've got a little grandson now, I've not even seen him yet apart from pictures."

Speaking about how she felt, Coleen admitted: "Really surreal, so emotional and just a bit surreal as in, one of your kids has a baby. Jake is still my baby and there he is now, he's a dad. And the fact that he was so emotional and he already is like, 'Mum, I'm so obsessed with him, I'm so in love with him.'"

Jake announced the surprise news, sharing: "Due to an unexpected yet exciting family development, I've decided to reschedule my upcoming November shows - 21/22/23."

"My partner and I are expecting the arrival of our little one around that time (sooner than we thought), and I want to be fully present to support her and our growing family.."

He informed his followers that tickets for his delayed gigs would be valid for a new date in January or could be refunded. Jake added: "Thank you for your patience & understanding. Here's to the future of Nepo babies."

Coleen, a regular on Loose Women, had previously hinted that her son with former partner Shane Richie was set to become a father. In her column for the Mirror, she expressed: "I can finally reveal that I'm going to be a grandmother again, as they're expecting a baby at the end of the year."

"On Saturday, a few of us got together at my house for the gender reveal and, just as I said, 'I think it's a boy', Jake let off the confetti gun and turned the living room blue. I couldn't be more thrilled about having a grandson."

Jake, 32, once fronted the pop-rock band Rixton and was good friends with Justin Bieber and Ed Sheeran. He toured with Ed, lived in his house, and was signed to Scooter Braun, Justin's controversial manager.

Earlier this year, Jake spoke about his downfall, saying he was "blown to smithereens" when everything fell apart, leading him to sign on the dole. Speaking to The Times, the 32 year old said: "We (Rixton) kicked off big time in America. It's your classic story of a teen pop star who gets it all and loses it all ... [I had] an existential crisis at the end of my twenties ..." Jake was also engaged to Little Mix's Jesy Nelson, but they split in 2016.

"I broke up with Jesy and moved into Ed Sheeran's house ... I think he [Ed] just was just like, 'I'm a bit worried about this dude,'" he added. "A lot of people go to a beach in Thailand and drop acid - I just happened to do it in Ed Sheeran's back garden .."
