BBC Strictly Come Dancing star inundated with support as he makes announcement

Strictly Come Dancing's very own Vito Coppola has been inundated with love and encouragement from his fellow dancers and a host of fans as he shed light on his latest personal project. The pro dancer was buzzing with excitement as he took to social media to reveal that he was at last ready to 'finally share' the results of his secretive work, having teased followers earlier with news of a big announcement.

Despite his demanding practice schedule with celeb partner Sarah Hadland, Vito found a moment to stoke excitement with a video cryptically hinting at his venture. Looking every inch the suave mover in his sharp black shirt and tailored trousers, he struck an array of poses for the camera.

In his enigmatic post, the dancer shared: "Good day, beautiful people. Little news on the way coming soon... Cannot wait to share it with you. In the meantime, I wish you a happy day, and I send you all my positive energy #alwayswithlove. V."

Congratulations poured in when Vito confirmed on the evening of Monday (November 25) what his secret undertaking was all about. Taking to Instagram once more, he posted another video where he was seen capturing the lens with ease, revealing that these shots constituted his first-ever calendar.

With the video post, he announced excitedly: "Hello beautiful people. Finally I can share with you my little new project. My online platform of merchandise... This is just a little thing but I am excited and happy to share it with you all."

Sarah promptly responded to the announcement asking: "Do I get the first one?" Prompting a light-hearted remark from Neil Jones, Vito's co-dancer, who quipped: "Can I get one? Well it's for a friend," while another dance sensation Nikita Kuzmin eagerly commented: "Nowwwwww! send me this calendar hahah."

Ellie Leach, formerly Vito’s dance partner, showed her support with the message: "Yesssssss".
