Ruth Langsford 'can't be bothered' after Eamonn Holmes split says pal
by Kelly Ashmore, Joel Leaver, https://www.facebook.com/theblackcountrylive/ · Birmingham LiveVanessa Feltz said her pal Ruth Langsford 'can't be bothered' to look for love again following her split from Eamonn Holmes. The radio presenter, who has also stayed single after she separated from fiancé Ben Ofoed, said they'd rather 'go out together, have a laugh and leave men out of it'.
Radio host Vanessa, 62, and Ben, 52, called it quits last year after more than a decade together. Meanwhile Loose Women star Ruth, 64, announced the end of her marriage to Eamonn, 64, back in May.
While their exes were thought to have found new partners, Vanessa and Ruth - who were believed to have supported each other through their break-ups - have seemingly avoided further romance.

Vanessa was recently asked if Ruth was her new "wing woman" after the former This Morning presenter attended the launch of her memoir, Vanessa Bares All, last month. However Vanessa told the Daily Mail : "I don't know if either of us can be bothered."
She continued: "We'd probably rather go out together and have a laugh and leave men out of it." LBC presenter Vanessa - who appeared on last year's series of Celebs Go Dating - revealed back in September that she was supporting newly-single Ruth over the break-up.
She told the Sun : "I completely respect her desire, quite rightly, to keep this as, you know, from her perspective, dignified, quiet, you know, and just deal with it, yeah, on her own, privately."
The Mirror reports that Ruth had also praised her pal in a segment on Loose Women when her relationship came to an end. She said: "I have to say, Vanessa's a friend of mine. My heart's breaking for her. It's hard enough when you go through a break-up, but when you have to do it so publicly [...] I think she has taken ownership of this though. She's poured her heart out [on her] social media."
